The room was clean, but the bathroom was a bit grubby .

Make sure to get queen room with a kettle, garden, cupboards. Accommodating and fine staff provides an exceptional service.

The location is central, just off the garden, Croydon, and London. You can have fruit, cereal and toast for breakfast. All in all they offer excellent service. Thank you for a nice stay, we would definitely go back.

The spacious family room with patio doors opened onto a lovely garden. Breakfast was a good surprise, with a wide array of cereals, tea, and fresh fruit. I felt completely at home in the clean and tidy setup with quality bedding, made for a restful night.

Had a lovely spacious double room with a comfy bed. The self-catered kitchen was a treat-nice to grab a snack from the fridge! A good spot for a short stay.

Shared bathrooms were a bit of a comedy act. Let's just say the shower temperature was hotter than my last date's breath!

Loved the kids' playground and the free WiFi. We visited two spots via the Croydon Tramlink, and reached Wimbledon's tennis courts easily. For future guests, there's a fridge and microwave available for storing snacks. Perfect base for exploring!

One downside was the limited bathroom facilities, since they were shared. It can be a bit inconvenient when you need to freshen up quickly.

The lack of private bathrooms was inconvenient. Communal shower-rooms and loos down the corridor felt more like a hostel vibe than a hotel experience. The overall maintenance appeared lacking, with some DIY tweaks needed to really elevate the stay, and there was quite a bit of noise from guests wandering around at night. Breakfast was minimal, just toast and cereal with no hot options, and the noise levels were far from ideal for a peaceful night's rest.

The family room was super spacious, with lovely patio doors that opened into a nice garden. The bedding was really good quality. Cleanliness was on point too. The breakfast surprised me with a decent selection of cereals, toast, and fruit, which I really enjoyed. Just a heads up, the shared bathrooms were a bit of a hassle, but it wasn't a dealbreaker for me.

I had a pleasant stay with beautifully decorated rooms and a simple but sufficient self-serve breakfast selection, though the shared bathrooms could use some improvements. Would definitely consider going back!

The hotel's location allowed for easy access to East Croydon station, ideal for day trips into the countryside. I loved the serene atmosphere created by the nearby green spaces, perfect for someone looking to connect with nature. The staff were accommodating, which enhanced my overall experience.

One downside was the minimal breakfast options, which could use more variety to cater to different tastes.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, and the location is quiet with easy access to the market and a nice view.
